Element Pools began when Chris, Adam, and Adam realized there was a huge need in the pool construction market in southern Idaho.
Their competition is not fierce. The Element team continued to notice shady companies who lacked follow through and demonstrated poor communication. These fly-by-night companies are slow to finish jobs, require hiring outside contractors, and are quick to take deposits with bad designs, terrible sales process and slow communication practices.
And Chris, Adam, and Adam thought to themselves,
we can do better than that.
Their team came to us, asking for help building a brand and a launch campaign that focused on serving their clients through clarity about cost, time-frame, and process. They wanted to highlight their availability, great service, professionalism, and one of a kind marketing. They came prepared with a team of construction and business professionals ready to service their customers with exceptional communication, a streamlined sales process, and quick, reliable results. They wanted a look that reflected who they were: fun and easy-going, and at the same time, extremely professional, smart, artful, and clear.
The problem? No one knew about them, and they didn't have a record to tout in pool building.
We overcame these issues through thoughtful narrative, positioning, social proof, and a targeted strategic marketing plan that continues to be effective through relational social networks, direct to customer brand awareness campaigns and professional recommendations.
We built them a brand that is bold but simple. Just like their pools, their new brand communicates a no BS approach to building pools on time and of the highest quality. The Element Pools logo is reminiscent of a warm Southern California lifestyle where having a pool is a necessity of life. The colors of the Element Pool brand keep things cool but also offer a splash of sunshine to be used in call-outs and calls to action.
