Element Pools began when Chris, Adam, and Adam realized there was a huge need in the pool construction market in southern Idaho, saturated with shady companies who lacked follow through and demonstrated poor communication. These fly-by-night companies are slow to finish jobs, require hiring outside contractors, and are quick to take deposits with bad designs, terrible sales process and slow communication practices.
And Chris, Adam, and Adam thought to themselves, we can do better than that.
Their team came to us, asking for help building a brand and a launch campaign that focused on serving their clients through clarity about cost, time-frame, and process. They wanted to highlight their availability, great service, professionalism, and one of a kind marketing. They wanted a look that reflected who they were: fun and easy-going, and at the same time, extremely professional, smart, artful, and clear.
The problem? No one knew about them, and they didn't have a record to tout in pool building.
