Thinking bigger in the flooring industry.

NRG Flooring started business as a flooring installation company, but with insight from SCDM, they quickly realized they had a much better opportunity in opening retail locations.

Starting with a location in Meridian, Idaho, they experienced enough success to open a larger store in Caldwell, Idaho. This new location allowed them to keep more product in stock even when other local suppliers couldn't fill orders.
