Building A Brand From Scratch in 2 Weeks.
One of our key business partners reached out and said, "We are branching out from real estate services and need help raising funds for our real estate development projects. Can you help us?"
Our answer was, "yes, of course!" We have 20+ years in fund raising experience for business ventures, real estate, mutual funds and non-profits with millions of dollars raised. Their initial problem was that they did not have an established brand with authority, professionalism and style that communicated their values as a company.
We did a rapid Brand Camp to identify key opportunities that connected with their target audience and expressed their values and mission:
To Provide Housing and Exceptional Returns for their investors.
More Than Just A Website
Timing was an important part of this project, as they were going to be sponsoring an investors event and needed materials for a booth, flyers, business cards and leave-behind-info with follow-up drip campaigns for interested investors. We were able to design a brand, website, tech integrations, drip campaigns, sponsors booth, print materials and leave-behinds in just under 2 weeks.
It was a fast turnaround, but we love the brand and the work that went into it. The company is currently starting a fund that is raising $4-$5m for infill projects across Southern Idaho and SCDM is providing all of the communications and marketing for the raise.
