ABOUT US
An established Real Estate Brand.
After our first meeting with Chris and Mikey, we knew they were trustworthy business partners with the intention of bringing authenticity and a personal touch to the real estate industry in Boise, Idaho. For the last few years, real estate has been the business to be in, as people from all over have relocated to the valley. However, Chris and the Elevate Homes team stuck out from the crowd, focused more on serving their clients and giving them the best real estate experience possible rather than simply making a sale.
The problem? Their website, brand, and online presence were failing to express this accurately, and they knew it. They were looking for a brand that symbolized their name, elevate, a brand that told their prospective clients that they were offering an elevated, personal real estate experience. They also wanted deeper functionality for their website that helped them meet the needs of their clients.
We brainstormed with them, offering them a package of logos and brands. They ended up choosing this one, and we ran with it.
The Brand
The 2023 Elevate Homes brand takes a nod to the old brand while embracing a more simple
and modern look. The logo contains quite a bit of symbolism, featuring a tree and upwards arrows that symbolize both the region of Boise and the elevated experience of working with Elevate Homes. The colors are also a nod to the old brand but with some brighter color allowing the brand to better catch the eye of potential clients.
We also built them a brand new website with ongoing web hosting, provided them with an IDX integration that sends clients to their website for property searches and deep dives on opportunities for new homes, created a Neighborhood Guide lead magnet, re-established their presence on socials, and brainstormed with them on other marketing strategies, such as a fun, personalized quiz, and more consistent video sharing.
The site is live (check it out here!) and their new look does an incredible job of painting an accurate picture of the experience you'll have when working with Elevate.
