Corby and Heather, and the Boise TurnKey team were doing great work. They provide expert real estate consulting, who serve their clients first. Their team knows real estate, investing, the ins and outs of the local market, and work with investors from around the globe to build portfolios of high quality properties that grow in value and produce generations of income. They offer a variety of investing services, and have a property management company as well. They truly seek to put equity in their clients' pockets, not their own.
However, their website was not accurately reflecting their character. It was outdated, used an old website hosting system, and was not connected to the website of their property management division, Cohesion Properties.
The Solution
After speaking with us, we determined that their main issue was their website. We changed their IDX feed so that every listing potential clients saw on sites like Zillow would take the customer directly to their site, created pages specifically for separate neighborhoods, pulled Cohesion Properties' information onto the same site and helped them with changing their name to Boise Turnkey Property Management.
Additionally, we created easy-to-update team pages and clarified their CTA, providing ample places for any potential client to get involved. We restarted and continue to maintain their social media and blog, improving their SEO, and helped them with their relaunch when they switched brokerages. We made a few small changes to their logo, primarily changing their colors from red to green with the intent of pivoting the feel of the site from energetic and anxious to settled and calm.
We also created a free guide to Real Estate Investing in Boise for them to use as a lead generator, complete with market stats, neighborhood information, investing tips and tricks, and what to expect when working with Boise TurnKey. This has been a big lead generator for their team since it’s deployment.
